The Fool’s cliff and journey
The image chapter describes a traveler at a cliff with rose, wallet and dog, and discusses a spirit seeking experience. A modern fresh-start interpretation keeps the uncertainty visible in that setting.
Keep chapters distinct
Major-arcana symbolism in Part II differs from the divinatory lists in Part III. The Fool and Star illustrate this difference. A citation should identify the layer rather than selecting a word and claiming the book is uniform.
Two of Cups: reciprocal exchange
The two figures exchange cups beneath the caduceus and lion’s head. The chapter includes friendship, union and concord. Reciprocity is important; drawing the card does not establish another person’s private feelings.
